Disbalance in the Solar Plexus Chakra most of the time comes from teenage years when we learn what and who we want to be. In this age we are very open to try new things and we are rebellious. Often, when we make mistakes, we pay them by being told off or even punished. This may lead to feelings of guilt and lower self-esteem. Later on, we are confused and shy to even express our wishes and we are not free to make our steps forward our goals.
