Shadow side - Lies

Lies told to others because is easier or because we were afraid to not get punished, lies to ourselves justifying what wrong we did, not listening to others what they say and being angry or shouting instead of calmly and in a right way explain what we do not like. We all and many times during a day ask ourselves should I say this is wrong or just not pay attention? Many times is smarter to not say anything when we cannot say it in the right way.
